For 2024 and 2025 our rate is £235 for one night stays, or £225 per night for stays of 2 or more nights from April through to the end of October. Rates are per room per night on a bed and breakfast basis, for 2 adults. A single occupancy for 1 adult is available with £10 off the room rate price. Both these offers are for direct bookings only.

Our room rates are lower for stays in February, March, November and December and will vary, depending on the date of your stay. We are open all year round, so do check our availability for these rates or give us a call for further details.

Our check-in times are from 3.30pm to 6pm. Please provide us with an approximate time of arrival so we can be sure to be here to greet you. If you plan to arrive after 6pm and especially if you are arriving on any of the evening ferries, please request a late check-in, a week or so in advance.

Check out is 10.30am. You can leave bags with us for later collection if you wish.

 

Sorry but we do not accommodate very young children or babies in the house and we do not have the capacity to add extra beds or people in our rooms. 

 

We are dog friendly and can accommodate a well behaved dog in Room 1 or Room 2. £10 per dog per day, with complimentary doggo treats on arrival, up to maximum of 2 dogs. We keep Room 3 and Room 4 pet free. Dogs are not allowed in the guest lounge/dining room during our food services and we consider a well behaved dog to be one that can be left in your room during these times.

For stays of 3 nights for 2 adults in any of our guest rooms, this is a unique offer to experience the island and its amazing seafood over a relaxing 3 night break.

Available Wed, Thurs & Fri or Thurs, Fri & Sat or Fri, Sat & Sun.

To include an evening meal night at BBH, a Broad Bay House Ultimate Seafood sharing platter night at BBH and then a 'going out' night at one of our lovely independent restaurants. See guide sent with booking for a list of all our restaurants. Subject to availability, but do give us a call if your preferred dates are not available. Price shown includes all meals (breakfast and evening meals on 3 nights), but may vary slightly depending on your chosen menu. Price shown is for guidance only and does not include any drinks. You will pay your chosen restaurant direct at the end of your meal. Therefore price shown is approx £875 for your BBH stay and meals, and approx £100 for your meal out. A deposit will be taken at booking to secure your 3 night stay, as per our normal terms and conditions.

We will ask you for credit / debit card details on reservation and we will require a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation at the time of booking. A booking confirmation and full details will be emailed to you, once you have booked.

If you plan on travelling to the island by ferry with your car, you will need to make a reservation for your preferred ferry crossing as soon as possible. A ferry booking is essential and they do get full. Please do ensure you book your ferry at the same time as booking with us. 

 

We will not charge for cancellations provided we receive 31 days' notice prior to the date you have booked. For cancellations with a shorter notice period than 31 days, we will charge 100% of the room rate for your stay to your card. However we will provide a full refund if we are able to re-let the room for the same amount of time that you had booked for, less a £10 admin fee. Every effort will be made to re-let your room. If you have an electric car, we have an EV Charger and dedicated space for electric vehicle charging. Our universal Type 2 charger is suitable for most types of electric vehicle and is for the exclusive use of guests staying with us overnight. Please bring your own cable.
