​Our room rates will vary, depending on the length and date of your stay. We are open all year round, so do check our availability for rates or give us a call for further details. Typical rates are £240 per room per night for stays of 2 or more nights. Rates are lower in the autumn and winter months.

 

All rates are per room and include breakfast and a welcome drink.

Our check-in times are from 3.30pm to 6pm. Please provide us with an approximate time of arrival so we can be sure to be here to greet you. If you plan to arrive after 6pm and especially if you are arriving on any of the evening ferries, please request a late check-in, a week or so in advance.

Check out is 10.30am. You can leave bags with us for later collection if you wish.

 

Sorry but we do not accommodate very young children or babies in the house and we do not have the capacity to add extra beds or people in our rooms. 

 

We are dog friendly and can accommodate a well behaved dog in Room 1 and Room 2. £10 per dog per day, with complimentary doggo treats on arrival, up to maximum of 2 dogs. All info here.​

We will ask you for credit / debit card details on reservation and we will require a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation at the time of booking. A booking confirmation and full details will be emailed to you, once you have booked.

If you plan on travelling to the island by ferry with your car, you will need to make a reservation for your preferred ferry crossing as soon as possible. A ferry booking is essential and they do get full. Please do ensure you book your ferry at the same time as booking with us. 

 

We will not charge for cancellations provided we receive 60 days' notice prior to the date you have booked. For cancellations with a shorter notice period than 60 days, we will charge 100% of the room rate for your stay to your card. However we will provide a full refund if we are able to re-let the room for the same amount of time that you had booked for, less a £10 admin fee. Every effort will be made to re-let your room. If you have an electric car, we have an EV Charger and dedicated space for electric vehicle charging. Our universal Type 2 charger is suitable for most types of electric vehicle and is for the exclusive use of guests staying with us overnight. Please bring your own cable. Our charger is a ‘destination’ 7kW charger, designed for an overnight charge. See terms and conditions below for conditions of use and full details.
